Disney Honors Memory of Randy Pausch with Fitting Tribute

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla., February 4, 2009 – Marking a momentous occasion at the tea cups with Alice and the Mad Hatter, Randy’s wife Jai Pausch holds daughter Chloe as her sons Logan and Dylan get ready to take cousins Micajah and Hannah Mason on a spin.

Mrs. Pausch and family were at the Magic Kingdom to celebrate the creation of the Disney Memorial Pausch Fellowship at Carnegie Mellon University. Best-known for his life-affirming “Last Lecture,” Dr. Randy Pausch was an inspiration to millions and had a love of creative collaboration. The fellowships honor Pausch’s legacy by sponsoring graduate students in computer science and fine arts.
